- Front Facade – Conserved existing Chengai timber windows and introduced secondary window systems to improve thermal insulation and internal comfort.
- Staircase – Carefully restored to retain historical character while enhancing safety and structural reliability.
- Foundation Work – Strengthening and reinforcement works carried out to ensure long-term structural stability of the building.
- Demolition Works – Removal of outdated structural elements and safe clearance of debris in accordance with site safety standards.
- Solid Timber Divider – Custom-installed at the main entrance, integrating cultural symbolism with heritage architectural design.
- Pond Feature – Constructed within the central airwell to enhance passive cooling, natural ambiance, and spatial aesthetics.
- Jack Roof Construction – Developed to improve cross-ventilation and introduce additional natural daylight into interior spaces.
- Flooring Installation – Premium solid Burmese strip flooring installed at the lift lobby to achieve durability and refined visual appeal.
- Skylight Installation – Laminated tempered glass skylight incorporated at the lightwell to maximize natural illumination.
- Attic Study Room – Designed and constructed a functional, private study area within the attic level to optimize space utilization.
